• Aims for next working day delivery (excludes Sundays).
• Available for orders of any size.
• Orders must be received before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

DPD EXPRESS: £6.50

• Aims for next working day delivery (excludes Weekends).
• Available for orders of any size.
• Orders must be received before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY: £10.00

• Guaranteed next working day delivery before 1pm, or your money back (excludes Sundays).

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

WHAT ARE YOUR OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS?

£12 for one or two items.

£15 for three items, plus an additional £1.50 for each extra item after that.

All overseas parcels are trackable and sent via either the Royal Mail’s International Tracked service or via DPD International Tracked Service. Any Royal Mail parcels will be delivered by your country’s official postal company.

Your Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Parcels usually take typically between 7-9 working days to arrive (DPD aim to be quicker than this) but there can be additional delays at busy times of the year and if your parcel gets caught up in customs.

Please note if you are based outside the UK or the EU, your parcel may be subject to customs & duty charges levied by your resident country. We are not responsible for these charges and any queries regarding them should be directed to your national Customs Department.

For our US customers

Any Royal Mail US shipments will have nothing to do as the custom charges have already been paid at the checkout.

For our EU customers

The regulations for shipping into the EU from the UK are changing frequently. We are keeping ourselves well informed and making necessary changes to keep shipping into the EU as smooth as possible.

Whilst we try to cover any country specific VAT charges using our IOSS scheme for orders totalling under 150 Euros and collect any handling fees at checkout, there may be additional custom duties to pay on delivery of your parcel in some countries.

Please monitor all tracking information closely and regularly check your emails in case your country's customs department contacts you about your parcel. Any parcel returned due to unpaid customs charges will be refunded minus any costs incurred.
