The U.K. Government has encouraged online retailers to continue trading while delivery services are running as usual so at the moment we are still taking orders and fulfilling them, and the Royal Mail is still operating. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days, and most UK orders arrive a few days after we’ve despatched them. Please bear in mind that it will take us longer to process your order and it will take the Royal Mail longer than usual to deliver it.
Please be aware that ALL International order delivery times are affected due to reduced transport links and reduced staffing in the postal and customs services. Delays may, and probably will, be lengthy. Your parcel will arrive but we do not know how long it will take to get to you. Please bear this in mind when making your order.
In our studio, for those employees who are voluntarily still processing orders, we are following the recommendations of both Public Health England and The World Health Organisation to ensure their health, safety and well-being. These measures include strict social distancing, staggered breaks, sanitisation stations and the regular cleaning of facilities to ensure the highest level of hygiene standards.
Changes to our returns, exchanges and refund policy
During this time we understand that it may be difficult to get to a post office. If it is difficult for you to make the return right away, we will accept the item up to 14 days after lockdown ends.
