I'M A HAPPY EATER - REGULAR T-SHIRT
Inspired by 28 Years Later (2025)
Hand screen printed on a yellow regular fit t-shirt. The Happy Eater in the film '28 Years Later' is a symbolic representation of a bygone era, highlighting the societal collapse caused by the rage virus. It serves as a visual marker of the time since the outbreak, with the chain having ceased operations in 1997.
True story: a couple of months ago, I was stopped by a complete stranger, coincidentally near 55 Central Park, NY, to be told excitedly that I was wearing “absolootely the coolest T-shirt on planet Earth”. This was quickly followed by “where the hell d’ya geddit dude?” That T-shirt? Last Exit’s Venkman/Stantz/Spengler.
