WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

UK SHIPPING

UK SPECIAL DELIVERY
£7 flat rate price for next day delivery. Sent via Royal Mail and GUARANTEED to be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Orders MUST be received before 12 noon Monday to Thursday to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note UK Bank Holidays will add an extra day for delivery onto orders made on Friday/Saturday/Sunday and will be delivered the following Wednesday. A TRACKABLE signed for service.

UK RECORDED DELIVERY
£3.30 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Sent via Royal Mail. Arrives approximately 2-3 working days. A TRACKABLE signed for service.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY
£2.50 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Sent via Royal Mail. Arrives approximately 2-3 working days. This service is NOT TRACKABLE.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

OVERSEAS INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR
£7.70 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. Arrives approximately 7-9 working days. A TRACKABLE signed for service.

OVERSEAS STANDARD AIRMAIL
£4 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. Arrives approximately 7-9 working days. This service is NOT TRACKABLE.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

You don’t need to have a PayPal account or sign up for one to buy from Last Exit to Nowhere. All major credit cards are accepted. Paypal will process your order whether you set up an account or not.

UK customers can also pay by CHEQUE.

All orders are 100% secure. Paypal handle all of our payments and as such we NEVER get to see any of your card details.

CAN I SEND MY PURCHASE BACK FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?

Yes you can. You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase. We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. You can download the Exchange/Refund form in the EXCHANGES section at the bottom of each page.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE BUYING PRESENTS FOR CHRISTMAS WE WILL EXTEND OUR EXCHANGE POLICY UNTIL FRIDAY 8TH JANUARY 2010. ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.

Yes we do. We recommend choosing the International Signed For option so that we can provide you with tracking information. For the most up to date exchange rate see www.xe.com

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL SHOP?

No we don’t but you can buy a selection of our t shirts from Forbidden Planet shops across the United Kingdom and from the British Film Institute in London.

DO YOU DO BESPOKE DESIGNS?

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service but please feel free to send us your suggestions.

GIFT VOUCHERS

How many vouchers can I buy?
Gift Vouchers are a great present and are available in multiples of £10, £25 and £50.

Where can I use my Gift Voucher?
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online at www.lastexittonowhere.com. No cash alternative is available.

Where can I find my Gift Voucher code?
The Gift Voucher code will be printed on the emailed Gift Voucher. The Gift Voucher is either emailed direct to the recipient or emailed to you to send on to the recipient at a time that suits you.

Where do I enter the code when making my purchase?
You must enter the Gift Voucher code when prompted at the Checkout stage.

How long are the Gift Vouchers valid for?
Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase.

Can I use the Gift Voucher for multiple orders?
Yes Gift Vouchers can be used for multiple orders e.g. if you only spend £25 from a £50 voucher the additional £25 can be used at a later date. Alternatively, if there’s any balance to pay, you can use Paypal or a debit /credit to pay the outstanding amount.

Are Gift Vouchers refundable?
No, all Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Will I be sent a Gift Voucher through the post?
No, our Gift Vouchers are electronic. The Gift Voucher codes are sent via email, either to the buyer or the recipient.

Make sure you let us have the correct details
If you ask us to send the voucher direct to the recipient please ensure that their email address is correct. Last Exit to Nowhere is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipient addresses.
